While all in person studio classes are currently on hold due to Covid-19, I’ll be teaching live streamed classes on Zoom. Zoom is simple to use and can be downloaded to any computer or mobile device for free. On booking you will be sent easy step by step instructions on how to get set up.

I’m currently offering 2 weekly yoga classes as detailed below. To book simply click the ‘Pay Now’ button of your chosen class to pay by credit or debit card anytime up to 1 hour before the class starts. Please double check your email address when making payment as this is where your email receipt and joining instructions will be sent to. I look forward to seeing you on the mat in the virtual world. Monday Flow Yoga

Every Monday at 8.15-9.15pm

(Please join the class 10 minutes before the start time)

Join me Monday evenings for a Vinyasa Flow class. This is a dynamic practice and one of the most popular forms of yoga. In this class we will flow through a sequence of poses fluidly and in synchrony with the breath. The class will build strength, mobility and flexibility. Suitable for intermediate students, if you are new to yoga or have any injuries please see my Wednesday Gentle Yoga class.
Gentle Yoga With Relaxation

Every Wednesday 7.30-8.45pm

(Please join the class 10 minutes before the start time)

Join me as we wind down the day with a yoga sequence designed to gently stretch the body and calm the mind. The class is suitable for beginners through to advance students. Please contact me in advance to let me know of any injuries.  The class will finish with a luxurious guided relaxation so please bring a blanket, cushion and anything that helps you to feel warm and comfortable.
