A morning yoga class involving varied and creative sequences. The movements of the body follow and synchronise with each breath. Sequences are built around themes, changing each week. The class will end with a short relaxation.
The class is suitable for all levels.
Classes are drop in so pop in whichever weeks suit you. Booking in advance is recommended at reception.
Mats and props provided but please feel free to bring your own.
